5. The volunteering commitment is between 3-4 hours, which provides ample time for pursuing extra projects, learning new languages, or exploring the local area. You can rotate as many projects as you can

About the program

Are you passionate about humanitarian work, community development, and making a real difference in the world? UCESCO Africa warmly invites dedicated and compassionate volunteers to join our Mombasa branch as a Humanitarian NGO Management Assistant, where your skills, heart, and energy will help transform lives in coastal Kenya. This is more than a volunteer role—it is a journey of impact, learning, and connection with communities striving for dignity, opportunity, and sustainable development. Located in the vibrant coastal city of Mombasa, you will work directly within our local programs that support education, health outreach, youth empowerment, women’s development, and community resilience.
