About the program

At our vocational training centre, we believe that a skill is more than a skill—it is freedom. By teaching cosmetology and nail art, you are not just showing techniques. You are: - Giving a young woman her first chance at independence - Helping a mother provide for her children with dignity - Turning passion into a sustainable livelihood - Restoring confidence where it has been lost Every lesson you teach becomes a stepping stone toward a better future. You are not just an instructor—you are a mentor, a role model, and a source of inspiration. You will: - Teach manicure, pedicure, nail art, hygiene, and professional salon skills - Encourage creativity and self-expression through beauty - Guide students in building small businesses and finding employment - Uplift, motivate, and walk alongside women on their journey to self-reliance Your time, your presence, your compassion—these will leave a lasting impact far beyond the classroom. Imagine a young woman who once felt forgotten… now confidently welcoming her first client. Imagine hands that once struggled… now creating beauty, income, and opportunity. This is the change you become part of. With your support: - Women gain the power to **earn, support families, and dream again - Communities grow stronger through **skills and entrepreneurship - Lives are transformed—one student, one skill, one story at a time While you give back, Kenya will give something back to you—memories, connection, and a sense of belonging. You will: - Feel the warmth of local communities and genuine human connection - Experience the vibrant culture, colors, and spirit of Nairobi - Visit the iconic Nairobi National Park where nature meets the city - Discover a country rich in beauty, resilience, and heart Somewhere in Nairobi, a young woman is waiting for an opportunity… for someone to believe in her… for a chance to change her life. That someone could be you.Join us. Teach. Empower. Transform lives—starting with one skill, one moment, one heart.
