4. Our project site offers a dynamic environment where your contributions can have a significant impact. UCESCO - Africa boasts a perfect safety record, and we are committed to upholding this standard
5. The volunteering commitment is between 3-4 hours, which provides ample time for pursuing extra projects, learning new languages, or exploring the local area. You can rotate as many projects as you can

Join UCESCO Africa as a Charity Media Photographer / Videographer Assistant* and help us give a voice to Samburu women and children who deserve to be seen, heard, and supported. Your lens will capture moments of courage, hope, and resilience—moments that can spark change, encourage education for girls, and protect women and children from injustice. Every story has the power to change a life. Help us tell theirs. As a Media Assistant, you won’t just take photos or videos—you will document stories that matter. Your work will help us raise awareness, mobilize support, and touch hearts across the world. What You Will Do - Capture real, heartfelt moments of women and children in our programs - Document community outreach, educational initiatives, and volunteer activities - Assist in creating compelling visual content for campaigns, social media, and our website - Conduct short interviews and testimonials, bringing personal stories to life - Support editing and organizing media for storytelling and reporting - Ensure all stories are told ethically, with respect and dignity Your creativity will help: - Highlight the voices of women and children who are often unheard - Encourage girls to pursue education and women to claim their rights - Inspire donors, volunteers, and communities to take action - Preserve moments of hope that can influence lasting change What You Will Gain - Hands-on experience in humanitarian media and storytelling - A strong portfolio showing real-world impact - Personal fulfillment by giving voice to those who need it most - Certificate of participation and recommendation letter Join Us Use your lens to make a difference.
