Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kampala
- Arrive in Kampala
- City orientation and cultural briefing
- Visit Kasubi Royal Tombs or Ndere Centre
Day 2: Jinja & Source of the Nile
- Drive to Jinja
- Visit the Source of the Nile
- Optional Nile rafting or boat safari
- Cross the Equator for photos
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi
- Long scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
- Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking
- Arrive at Bwindi lodge
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking
- Mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi
- Spend one hour with a gorilla family
- Community village visit in the afternoon
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Afternoon game drive
- Boat safari on Kazinga Channel
Day 6: Murchison Falls
- Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
- Boat cruise to the bottom of the falls
- Game drive in the park
Day 7: Return to Kampala
